We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

Lustreer is required by U.S. tax authorities to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain U.S. states.

Sales tax rates and rules vary by state and locality, and whether tax is charged depends on the shipping destination and applicable state and local laws.

When required, sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to the order total at checkout.

All collected sales tax amounts are remitted directly to the appropriate government authorities and are not retained or controlled by Lustreer.

Sales tax is generally non-refundable once an order has been shipped or completed, as the collected tax is remitted to U.S. tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If an order is canceled before shipment, any collected sales tax will be refunded together with the refunded order amount. For partially canceled orders, the applicable sales tax related to the canceled portion will also be refunded. In such cases, Lustreer will make reasonable efforts, in accordance with applicable regulations, to report and claim the corresponding tax adjustment or refund with the relevant tax authorities.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it within 24 hours. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

We have a 14-day return policy, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

If the return period has expired or the return is for personal reasons (such as changing your mind, finding a lower price, etc.), a restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be charged.

If a return is required due to a product defect, we offer free return shipping; for returns based on personal preference, the actual return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
